These classes are for age 14+ and teach a combination of sport and self defense Jiu-Jitsu, based on the needs of the students in class. It is our goal to create a culture and community of Jiu-Jitsu practitioners who want to help each other improve their skills and health education. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and people with tight schedules. Members may choose to stay for the class which lasts for 75 minutes or enjoy sparring after the class for an additional 45 minutes.
